With the recent opening of Vue Orleans (vueorleans.com), which bills itself as an observatory and cultural experience, the public, tourists and locals alike now have the chance to get a bird’s-eye view of the Big Easy — 124 metres (34 storeys) up, with 360-degree panoramic views — without actually taking to the air.
