Vue Orleans presents spectacular views of the French Quarter, Algiers Point, the Mississippi River and Canal Street, just to name a few. As you’re planning your visit, keep these things in mind:

• We recommend that visitors pre-purchase admission online and in advance.
• Open every Thursday through Monday from 10:00am - 6:00pm (hours subject to change). We recommend 1.5 hours to fully experience our interactive exhibits and observatories. Guests arriving at 5:00pm or later will need to proceed through the exhibits at a quicker pace in response our 6:00pm closing time.
• Elevators must be used to enjoy the full Vue Orleans experience. Our elevators are an intense and thrilling experience that can be unsettling for some visitors. Individuals who are sensitive to simulation experiences or suffer from fear of heights or motion sickness are advised to either close their eyes or face the elevator doors during the 60-second elevator ride to avoid discomfort.
• No refunds, exchanges, or discounts will be issued for guests that are unable to experience the entire exhibit.
• Please note that we cannot accept personal checks at the Box Office.
  
• Oversized bags and luggage are not allowed in the exhibit. Coat and bag checks are not available.

Parking Validation: $5.00 parking validation at the WTC lot is also available at the box office with a ticket purchase. One validation per parking ticket. You must bring your parking ticket to the box office. Management reserves all rights. Subject to blackouts.

Animals will not be permitted into or on the property. This policy is in effect at all times, including when the facilities are not open to the public. Exceptions are as follows: Certified Service Animals and animals in training for certification will be permitted to assist guests with disabilities. Service dogs or service dogs in training must be 12 months or older. Animals under 12 months of age will not be permitted. Police or other certified assistance animals will be permitted when accompanied by a qualified handler on official business.

Vue Orleans currently operates with full safety measures in place, including advanced online ticket purchases, capacity controls, and thorough sanitizing and cleaning procedures. Hand sanitizer stations are positioned around the exhibit for guest use.

For your safety, the 34th floor outdoor observation deck is subject to weather-related closures without notice. No refunds, exchanges or discounts issued for these closures. Our 33rd floor observation deck is open in inclement weather.

1. No bicycles, scooters, tricycles, skateboards, roller/in-line skates or shoes with wheels are permitted within Vue Orleans.
2. Bags, packages and luggage must be within the following dimensions for admissions: no more than 25” high x no more than 17” wide and no more than 9” deep. Vue Orleans has no lockers or storage facilities.
   
3. No horseplay, running or climbing is permitted in Vue Orleans.
   
4. Fighting, provoking a fight or engaging in disorderly or boisterous conduct is prohibited.
   
5. Offensive, abusive or threatening language or behavior is prohibited.
   
6. Firearms or any other type of weapon (knives, box cutters or any other potential weapon determined at the discretion of Vue Orleans staff) are not permitted. Fireworks are not permitted.
   
7. Guests are required to wear proper attire. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
   
8. Displays of profane, obscene or injurious language, texts or graphics for public view are prohibited. Guests displaying such language on clothing will be asked to either change the garment or otherwise cover the offensive image/language.
   
9. No guest is allowed to create any activity that could be described as a performance, a show or a happening, make a declaration or speech, create a media event or photo opportunity, or give organized speaking tours of the exhibit without prior approval from Vue Orleans Management.
   
10. Indecent exposure, sexual acts or behavior are prohibited.
    
11. Guests may take pictures or video with a handheld camera or recording device for personal use only.
    
12. Professional photo equipment, video cameras, recording devices, tripods, lights and other such equipment are not permitted without prior approval from Vue Orleans Management.
    
13. Vue Orleans is a non-smoking facility.
    
14. Food or beverages must be consumed in designated areas only. No outside food or beverages are permitted.
    
15. The use of illegal or illicit drugs is strictly prohibited in the exhibit.
    
16. No vandalism. It is illegal to deface, damage, mutilate or destroy Vue Orleans property including but not limited to exhibits or equipment including altering or tampering with computers or software. Handling exhibits or equipment without the presence and/or permission of Vue Orleans staff is prohibited.
    
17. No trespassing. Guests must remain out of all areas of Vue Orleans that are designated as being off limits to guests.
    
18. No loitering. Vending, begging, gambling, selling, soliciting, campaigning or handing out information of any kind or petitioning within the exhibit is prohibited.
    
19. Disability assistance equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, canes and electric scooters are permitted. However, upright or “Segway” scooters are not permitted.
    
20. Children (ages 17 and under) are not to be left unattended. Unattended children are not permitted entry to Vue Orleans. For youth/student groups, at least one escort is required for every 10 children.
    
21. It is not permitted to throw ANYTHING off the outdoor observation deck. Throwing any object or item off the outdoor observation deck is extremely dangerous to those on the ground and could result in severe injury or death. Anyone doing so will be escorted off the property by Security and may be subject to criminal prosecution.
    

Guests failing to adhere to these conditions could be subject to their removal from Vue Orleans without reimbursement of the cost of admission. Vue Orleans reserves the right to further restrict the terms and conditions upon a member of the public who is considered a threat to the safety of our exhibits, equipment or property. Vue Orleans retains the right to alter, delete, or add further restrictions at our discretion at any time.
