Tickets are non-refundable and may only be exchanged for a new date and time if you are unable to visit due to health concerns. In such situations, you must request to reschedule your reservation in advance of your ticket time by contacting 504-285-3600. Refunds will not be issued due to unscheduled weather closures of the outdoor observation deck. All visitors will be required to use an elevator to access all areas of Vue Orleans, refunds will not be given to guests that cannot use an elevator.
